Hi all, I have decided to get my bum in gear and sort out my weight, it has gone on long enough!

I first started SW after the birth of my first child in 2010, pre pregnancy I was 8 and a half stone and when I first did SW I had gone up to 12st1lb!

With the help of the group and this site I got down to 10st6lb and stayed there till late 2011..where it goes wrong! lol I met my partner and since then have just gone up and up.

I gave birth to my second child 7 weeks ago and only yesterday dared get on the scales I was shocked and saddened to see that I had let myself reach 14st!

I am ready now to finally shift this weight and go back to being me. This site helped me immensley last time so thought I would come back.

Looking forward to the journey surprisingly!

Don't get down about post baby weight, my youngest is 6m and I haven't lost a single pound since despite trying really hard, with being tired and emotional food becomes your friend! It took 9m for that weight to go on and it can take 9m to settle back down x
Just get back to making lovely meals, eat as much as you want of the free stuff and you'll get back into it. I've started again this past week and feel tons better for it I'll b glad to say bye to the 1.5st & pregnancy belly!! X good luck

I think being a mummy is one of the hardest jobs in the world (and most rewarding!), so do try not to be so hard on yourself!
Good luck in losing the weight you want to - xx

I think my loss was bigger the first week purely because I ate so much crap over xmas that my body was a bit shocked & was wondering where did all the mince pies & cream go?! My average weightloss will be 1 to 1.5lb a week & I have alot more weight to lose than you so don't be disappointed with that loss you have done great.I would love to lose weight at 3lb a week as would hit my target a lot sooner but its not realistic :( xx

I think of it as 1lb a week and someone just pointed out that I would b at target in 6m if I stick to that loss! I suppose you gotta think of bigger picture hey!

Thank you! I go to group and follow we too find it easier. I know what you mean I am so tired at the minute so the temptation to pick and not cook is overwhelming..

    Good luck to you too!x
