Starting again (again)

    Hi everyone,

    I've been doing slimming world on and off for years and as my waistline has sadly expanded again following a new commute and lack of routine (excuses I know, but it is the reason - i just haven't done anything about it!). I had a very brief attempt at sticking to the W8 plan, but living off nothing but shakes was more than I could handle, so i'm coming back to it again.

    This time it is going to be the last time i join. I've signed up to so a 10k run in October, which i'm hoping will keep me motivated on the exercise front - something i've not done too much off in the past.

    Start back at class tomorrow lunch and i'm all geared up to stick to it 100%

    will have my last fish finger sandwich for tea tonight though....

    anyone know how many syns are in peanut butter (low fat and normal) and in salted peanuts??? I miss them soooo!!!!
