Hi, I'm using the propoints app but think it might help to write it down on here - hold myself to account!
Today is day 5, not had a sneaky peak yet this week but did go out on a hospitality do on Saturday and family lunch on Sunday so used all my weeklies! Hope it doesn't affect first WI on weds.
So today's plan is:
M&S golden treacle porridge. 7pp
m&s superfood salad. 9pp
m&s count on us meal. 9pp
m&s cou choc mousse 2pp
milk for coffee. 2pp
Lots of fruit salad in between 0pp
low fat Greek yoghurt 3pp
packet French fries (snack) 2pp
leaves me with a couple spare for anything else. And I know is lazy using ready made meals etc. but it will hopefully help me to get on top of portion control.....
