Long Term Target Setter
Ok so for those of you who don't know, I moved to Qatar recently with work...this has pretty much ruined all weight I lost and some more :-(
Since our wedding is only 4 months away I have to lose a lot before then....starting now!
Tonight I have decided to go with an old favourite of lamb & spinach curry however may taste a little odd since there is no bovril out here!!! Looking for some inspiration so will be going back through the forum!!
