Hello. I have bitten the bullet and decided to try Slimming World again. I keep chopping and changing between SW and WW, I do it for a few weeks and then stop. I do think SW is for me as I am hungry on WW. I just need motivation now to do it. I know I can do it. I have decided to do it this time from home, I just don't like groups and find them very happy clappy, the ones near me I think I have tried them all and don't like them!! Any tips for doing it alone? Well I know I am not alone as this forum is brilliant!
