Hello, i'm back again. For thos eof you who don't me I lost 1.5 stone back in the spring, went on an all inclusive holiday and tried to get back on LT several times but failed miserably. So gained almost a stone and really need to get back on it, i know its going to be hard and will need supposrt, so if you have any tips on how to make it easier then please share them with me.

good luck with getting back on the shakes hun. only things i can suggest are thing of the end result, ur only on lt for a short period of time & come on here as every1 is so lovely and supportive.

I need to be back on tfr... For the last 2 weeks I have said I will go back on Monday and havent got til Tuesday!

I didnt quite get to weight goal over the summer but got to size.........ish.... cos I've got big boobs/chest I'm still struggling. I am sort of maintaining around 10st 7lb which would be OK if I could be a 12 all over but whilst I am there waist....ish I am a 16 from there up......Its not just big boobs I have ''back fat'' (that name is credited to another member...lol).

At todays date I am 10st 10lb....

I can gain 4lb in a day....Yesterday I was 10st 6lb!..........

I am hoping I can restart tomorrow with success. I have a ball on the 20th and know I can lose 10lb by then... will have to carefully avoid dinner that night but have managed that before.......... Would love to be 9st 8lb by Xmas drinks on 11th Dec!!!

Thanks Jenny, Teresa I would love to be your buddy, i'm on facebook aswell if you want to add me, my name is Cheralyn Woolcock, everybody else is also welcome to add me. Well I started yesterday and have found it quite easy, i'm very busy in work so i guess that helps, the only problem i'm having is making sure i drink enough water, which i know i'm not doing at the moment!

Hey hun welcome back hopefully this time around you will get threw and stay on until target i cant imagine how hard it is to start again so far play to you for doin it im sure you will be at goal in no time.

I am really surprised how easy I have found it, I have tried to get back on LT in the past but just couldn't do it, i'm on day 3 now and finding it a breeze, i'm just not hungry at all.
