Starting again....tomorrow!

Hi, I started CD in February and lost 18 lb in two weeks. I then went on to lose '0' in the next three weeks and this caused me to lose my motivation. By the way, I didn't cheat and I don't know why the weight stopped coming off???

The weight is now starting to creep back on (about 8 lbs) and I really must start again.

I am going to see a counsellor tomorrow and would like some idea's/tips etc. My aim is to lose 18 lbs again but in the next four weeks. What do you think?:)
