oh i don't know anymore. I love food way to much. All i seem to do is bloody think about what to eat next. Sick of been a fat lump but won't do anything about it, well i try but then I give up.
I really admire anyone who gets their weight down cause i just find it so hard.

Here is the summer again and I hate it because I have to cover up my fat, the damage I have done all to myself! :mad:

How do people keep the motivation up at all cause I am blue in the face trying, my weight has me so down I won't even go out and socialise

Moan, Moan, Moan,..... do something about it, but food always wins

Tell me do you go to meetings? Sounds like you need support and motivation.

ah hun ive done it all, i even paid a fortune out on a clinic here in Ireland and i gave up half way through it, im a disaster to be honest
 
Problem is we feel terrible about ourselves and want results straight away. Must say the only time I have lost weight easily and kept it off for a long period is when I didn't let it consume me and I just dieted/calorie counted with exercise.

Just try and make a small change for today, like a walk or 30 mins of exercise and 2ltrs of water. Do it for a couple of days and then try and aim for another goal like 1 salad a day (whether it be fruit salad or green)

Come on that's why you posted here to be motivated and I know you want this weight to budge, but truth be it's only you that can make it happen. Best thing with WW is you can just make it your lifestyle. When I need to get back on track I start 2pts above my allowance for the first day or two and then drop by 1 for a day and then the remainder of the week at my limit.

Right a new day today, dont think about the negatives. Be positive, keep busy and only eat when you are hungry.

ah thanks bren :D i can do this, we all can. going for a walk this morning now, i find i am only motivated after exercise so better start again x
 
YEP, I feel the same. Sometimes I dread it but once I'm doing it and when I am finished i feel much better for the day.
