cheers girl's, have been good yesterday and today, I have stuck to 1300 per day so I am hoping to stay strong, just need to get used eating smaller amounts.
When I have been good for 2-3 weeks you get into better habits. plus you dont want to undo all of your hard work, hopefully I am out of the starting blocks, going to weigh in on sunday mornings, hopefully that will stop me overindulging on friday and saturday.
