Starting again!

    Hi I'm back on minimins again after some time away. I was doing weightwatchers but it doesn't work for me. I'm hoping to find some people that are in the same boat as me and create a support network to help each other. I have 4 stone to lose at the very least to get to my initial target weight (also my pre pregnancy weight!) then I will decide where to go from there. I really look forward to hearing from you :) xx:)

    Hi Lydia, I'm new to this site and am also looking for a strong support network.
    I also tried weight watchers and it did nothing for me, although my friend tried it and lost an awful lot of weight. Just goes to show different diets work for different people I guess.
    One diet that did really work for me was the atkins diet. But I find it hard to do on my own so havent been succesful since my first loss with it..
    Can you suggest any diets that have worked well for you? X

    Hi shakira. I had a lot of success on the old weightwatchers points programme before I got pregnant but haven't had much luck since. I'm finding good old fashioned calorie counting and cutting my carb intake down has helped! Hope this helps x

    I have been on the ww diet twice in the past and lost quite a few stones. I tried slimming world recently but didn't like it now back on ww but findings it hard as I'm so used to eating what I fancy and eating late . But after2 weeks I'm sstarting to come up with ways of eating scrummy things that are healthy. I hope you find a diet you can work with x
