So after an awful few months at home I've come out the other side fighting and have decided to get back on the slimming world wagon again, but this time I'll be biting the bullet and attending the groups instead of hiding behind my computer with an online membership.

Been back at the gym a couple of weeks now and will be off uni for the next 3 months for the summer so I've got plenty of time to get this weight loss stuff done. What I wanted to ask is has anyone done slimming world successfully with IBS and wheat intolerance?

Went to first slimming world group today and am exactly back where I started which isn't too bad. Feeling miles more confident about it all!

Hiya! And great for getting back onto the wagon(I will be back on from tomorrow) as for the ibs question. My other half found sw was perfect! The symptoms vanished unless he ate something oily/greasy etc so other than that it was great. =]

Had my first weigh in on Thursday and lost 3.5ibs for my first week. Had a naughty tescos ploughmans wrap the other night before work which put me over my syns for the day. Had 3 syns today (thankyou mikado) so feeling optimistic. Got my frozen berries in too to have layered oats for breakfasts next week as part of my superspeed week. Let's see how weigh in on Thursday goes!

Had that layered oat/yoghurt/fruit thing for breakfast today and the oats didn't soak up the moisture. Yuk!
