Hiya
I have been on the Cambridge diet before but only a short time. But this time I am sticking with it!
I am so huge at the moment, size 30UK bottom and 30UK top.
Last time I was on it, on the Step 3, I lost 10lb on the first week, hoping for the same again! or at least 7lb or 8lb.
My Counsellor comes on Friday with My shakes and bars, and that dreaded weigh up, but at least I know! it will be the last time I see that weight, so I can kiss it bye bye!.
I actually can not wait to start again. I will be able to stick to it longer this time, as I enjoyed the diet before, but couldn't afford it.
Roll on Saturday! so I can begin....
I think I will try and keep this as a little diary, and keep adding to it
.
Thanks if anyone reads. And If anyone wants to have a buddy doing Cambridge Step 3 please let me know, as it would be wonderful to have a buddy to take to
