Starting cambridge

I am 3 and half stone over weight . I have lost this before with a different dieting club but took 1 year to lose and went back to my eating habits and before I knew it I had put it back on and more . I have heard of the Cambridge diet and because it is quite expensive really would like to get feedback from current users of the plan . How do get on with the diet, and once you have reached ur goal how easy is it to maintain your weight also because of losing weight fast has anyone experienced sagging skin ? Thanks very much guys would appreciate your thoughts

The way I look at is £42 is a couple of maccy ds, a couple of takeaways, god knows how many fizzy drinks and snacks! Thats's before I even do a weekly shop. So in that view i'm probably saving money doing this diet. I love this diet, the flavours are varied and the weight loss very quick x

That's a very good way to look at it!

Look forward to reading about your success! x

Worth considering, also, the speed of weight loss on Cambridge as compared to, say, WW or SW. If you can stick to Cambridge then losses are superfast and the overall expense, and the time spent dieting, is far less than elsewhere.

And I know how big an 'if' that is... lol.

i'm definitely saving money - £42 is less than i spent on booze (pub and home) most weeks. Then lunches at work, bottles of diet coke when out and about, graze boxes, little 'treats' when filling up the car or buying a paper, cakes after a bad day at work, slabs of chocolate to celebrate the weekend, pasties at the railway station...

Of course, i've spent it all on clothes, but... :D
