Well yesterday was a disaster, I ate far too much and didn't close my eating window when I planned, and now I'm hungrytoday, but I'm not giving up, this is last chance saloon for me, it's the only way of eating I can stick to and enjoy, I know if I went low carb id lose quicker but to be honest I don't want to, if I can lose slowly and steadily this way I'll be happy
Hey x can you explain why you mean by eating window? As in doing 5:2 and heard people mention this a lot x
