starting from scratch on maintenance programme - any experience

Hmm, I know maintenance works for weight loss but at a slower rate than the TFR. I would honestly expect about 1 to 2lbs per week. I was on maintenance for a while after coming off TFR and I had at the most 1lb loss on a week where I kept rigidly to it. Still, it is better than not doing it at all and some find it easier to follow the maintenance programme than the TFR. Whatever programme you choose, stick with it and you'll get good results. :)
