Starting in the new year?

    Hi all...

    I'm starting cambridge in the new year as I feel like I've put A LOT of weight on over the festive season? Anybody else joining me?

    Hey hon,

    Me too, I feel massive!!

    New year new start. Will start on the 3rd January 2014 cos I have stuff on until then.

    I am doin Herbalife tho.

    How much you wanting to lose in total??

    I want to lose about 4 stone.

    I'm starting 2nd Jan. Nothing fits at the moment and I cat stop eating. Roll on January!!

    Starting weight: 187 pounds

    Re-starting today.... Never thought I'd be one of those re-starter types...lesson learnt though, gonna finish the job this time!

    Yep I am! Have a family meal next weekend, so am starting after that. Am mentally ready now though which is a pain. Off to meet my consultant this week and am raring to go! X

    I'm starting 2nd Jan raring 2 get healthy again but I'm totally torn between CWP & herbalife! Don't know what's the best option?! ? x

    I love Herbalife & it really works if you follow the plan 100%

    Haven't tried Cambridge so couldn't comment on that.

    I'm starting 4th about 3-4 stone to lose, I feel really determined to lose this weight...I feel everywhere I go people loo at me & people who know me look at me & must think "god..look how much weight she's put on!"
    2014 is my year...we can do it!

    How is the early starters finding it?

    I feel exactly the same Laura! Infact I mentioned that in sainsburys today? Some woman giving me a look, to which I responded with "WHAT" lol shouldn't I know but I feel embarrassed! Am starting on the 3rd and got 7 st to lose.. R u doing CD?

    hi I am on day 1 far so good but having to drink so much water during the winter will be challenging...aiming for 3 litres of water plus teas and coffees

    It's awful! I hate looking at myself in the mirror! And I think of any excuse not to go out! Yeah doing CD to lose the first stone or two then going to do SW
    I've never heard of that herbalife before?!
