Starting my journey to lose 100lbs

    We'll here I go, I'm determined. I want to feel healthy, wear heels and tights. I want to ache less and move more. I'm 37 and I feel 90, my ankles hurt and I've high blood pressure.

    I'm doing Fast 5: which means I can eat within a 5 hour window per day. I started yesterday with a 1-6 window which I hope to move to 4-9 by the weekend. Once I have that sorted I hope to eat mostly clean and low carb too.

    Start weight: 225lbs
    Goal weight: 125lbs

    Welcome lovely :) I hope it works for you but please be careful. Without being a downer, I don't want you to be disheartened or end up binging and getting upset or too restrictive not get enough calories to enable you to keep losing :)

    Thanks for the welcome! Binging is definitely an issue for me, but I've tried everything and fasting during the day definitely seems to help me. I'm pretty sure I'll be getting enough calories but I'll keep an eye onit for a while to make sure.
