    Well hello ladies and gents,

    Finally got my chance to see the CDC today and hopefully I should be able to start on monday. Fingers crossed I can get an appointment with my GP. Found out my scales are defintely 5 lbs out ( saying I am less than I am) which is depressing a little, but then again. I have now last 6 pounds on my own since thursday, no matter what any scale says 6lbs loss is a loss. Anyway just wanted to say if anyone is starting on monday or near there let me know, this is my first time I am kinda scared to do it alone. ( kinda) Keep up your good work to all those SSing now and I can't wait to join ya!!

    Thanks ladies for your encourangement!! Still can't figure it out. If I watch everything I put in...I lose nothing or gain. I don't bother and just do my own thing and only eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full...falls off faster than a prozzie's dress...go figure!! hahahaha
