hi guys i tried sw a few years back but never really followed it much im fed up trying to loose and gain the same weight so going to give the plan another try had tried to do ww again but couldnt stick to it this time i need a plan that doesnt seem like a diet so i may be asking silly questions from time to time so do forgive me for that lol :D
