Iam new here too, but been on lots of plans including Slimming World and although it says iam counting cals, ive decided to go back to Slimming world, really fed up with feeling hungry all the time and with Slimming World you dont very often. So second day in and finding its going well so far although ive had a couple of glasses of low alcohol wine, so only over syns a little ooppps! How you finding it so far? I find its best to write it down and plan your meals for the day, that way its not so easy to fall off the wagon x
