Starting over again!

Day 1 for me today. I did this diet a few years ago and lost 5st in 10 weeks approximately. This time I want to see if I can stay on it 100% for 100 days. I have loads to lose. So far so good. Struggling with the water though tbh. Does anyone else struggle with water? Any tips to stay the course is also welcome! And how much do you think you could lose on this diet in 100 days🤔
 
Day 2/100. Survived day 1. Funny enough I found the shakes the easy part. Struggled with the water. Got 2L in plus the 3 shakes, so I hope that’s enough. Was up all night to the toilet, hopefully my body gets used to all this water. Strawberry shakes it is for the next few months, When I’m dieting I’m a habitual weighing myself kinda gal, make sure the effort I’m putting in shows on the scales. I really need to kerb that too. But for now I will concentrate on the diet and water intake. Happy days 😁 we have got this 💪
