Hi there i had my second weight in today and i have lost 11lbs in total, i am only 7 lbs off my goal. And my bridemaid dress for Saturday fits, a bit tight but hopefully with lots of walking this week i will lose a small bit more.
I would like to start refeeding today in order to be able to eat at the wedding.

D -Would turkey rashers be ok with a small salad or should i stick to chicken?
