Starting RTM - any advice please?

My only advice would be to plan plan and plan. Know what you are going to have when and make sure its available.

You will be surprised how yummy a salad is going to taste.

Stick to the rules and you will do just fine.
I agree with you LS... LL may not work for everyone... I am doing weight watchers and I am enjoying it whilst maintaining (haven't lost any in the two weeks I've been on it but haven't had a dire gain either, just the couple of pound of glycogen I was expecting :))
With all maintainence programmes you have to plan!!! Planning for me is the key to successfully maintaining a healthy size :)
