Lots of support on here and lots of lovely people :)

Have you done LT before? The first few days are usually tough going but it really is worth sticking with it to get past it into ketosis. You tend to lose quite a lot of weight the first week, so definitely worth sticking to :) Drink lots of water and expect to feel tired. Keep yourself busy and distract yourself with something. Spend some time on here getting to know everyone. There is an April Challenge thread set up when you're welcome to join. You just need to post on the thread how much weight you are aiming to lose during April. It's not a competition, and it's not compulsory.

Good luck for Saturday, but we're here in the meantime.

Hi Anna, i'd say take it a day at a time. I'm living day by day and can't see past next monday's weigh in! Others are great at setting long goals and aiming for them but you'll find what works for you.

Teapot is right, this place is a great distraction instead of thoughts of food!
