Starting SF on the 4th

So I've been taking my time to find a diet I think I can stick to and have decided to go down the slim fast route.

I love milkshake so hopefully I wont look at it so much as a diet and more as getting to have lots of yummy shakes! :p

I'm starting the 4th September because it's the day after the other halves and I's 2 year anniversary, which I know we'll end up getting take away for :rolleyes:
Also gives other half a chance to get rid of all the tempting foods before the diet starts! :D

Any advice on how to prepair myself for the change?

id say make sure you have plenty of shakes in wether ready made or powders or a mixture of both, try to get rid of all the bad junk food out of the house if possible especially if you have one BAD food that you cant resist.
