Starting SF tomorrow. Can you have chips?

You can eat anything as long as it's within your 600 calories but your not gonna get many, you'd be better off with a few new pots and lots of veg but i guess you could try some of the low fat oven chips and weightwatchers do some. Good luck with the diet.

Good luck for starting the SF i occasionally have a couple of oven chips as part of my main meal but im probably a bad influence lol

I sometimes have oven chips too, but I must say not very many! As Carrot said, as long as its in the 600 cal range then you can have whatever you want (well, within reason!)

Good luck - I have chips occasionally, but more often than not I try to find lower calorie food so I can have more of it!
