Starting slim and save today

Well today is the day. After days of deciding whether to go with Cambridge, Exante etc I decided on Slim & Save. Am feeling really nervous as I comfort eat a lot and food has become my life this last year but I am also very excited at the thought of losing lost of weight. Just hope I can do it!!!!!!!
