Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I last posted and although I haven't been missing group, I have been struggling to get into the SW frame of mind again. Tonight I gained AGAIN!!!!! I haven't had a loss in 6 weeks :-( and I can only blame my own motivation.

I know exactly what I need to do, Speeds and Water/Cordial!!! So thats my aim this week, add more speeds and drink more water based drinks rather than diet pop.

Gonna keep doing a written food diary aswell, as this week it helped me to see what I haven't been doing right.

0.5lb loss for me each week should see me right, more is a bonus and less shows work to be done.
