Starting SS again!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone OMG I hav'nt been on this forum since March this year after losing 3 stone. Well guess what its all gone back on. I hate myself like this, I have given myself one week to prepare for this so wish me luck for next week.I'll need you all to please help me through.

I'm rejoining today too - lost 2.5 stone, put 7lbs back and still have another 2 stone to lose....so back on SS

I'm restarting today, too. Lost almost 3 stone in march/april this year and still have another 2.5 stone to lose. Have put on 7lb since I finished CD, so not too bad!

Hi all re-starters! I started (again!) on 1st sept and so far so gd. If you can get thru the first 5days and reach the 'zone' then you can feel it working and you know you can do it.

Keep positive, it will be worth it
