Hi , I have just read the book 5:2 and Decided to start today. I've always seen this group on minimins but never even looked. I hope I can stick to this as I have tried so many other diets and lost just to regain. I'm trying to think of the health benefits and not just obsessing about losing the weight. I'm glad I can look on here for support. I myself like many others have chosen to follow dd Mon,Wed & ,Fri. Just a bit scared about pigging out on up days.
