Starting the slim fast diet today, got some from Boots at 1/2 price though they only had vanilla (which I hate) strawberry and banana. Got the strawberry and some of the chocolate ready mixed shakes. I really need to lose weight and was made redundant recently so feeling a bit down about myself. Hopefully the weight loss will help with my confidence when going for interviews and have wedding to go to in October so would love to lose weight for that as well. Here goes!!!
