My mixed bumper box has arrived and I will be starting this diet tomorrow 
I have managed to lose 2 stone myself since September but have reached a plateau and really want to look good for my 40th in May. I really need to lose another 4 stone in total and hope Exante can help me achieve my goals.
I did follow Cambridge before the birth of my youngest a few years ago and was successful but lots of things have happened since then and I managed to regain all my weight
I'm enjoying reading through all of your posts and hope they will give me the motivation to continue when the going gets tough!!
