im back as I haven't done it for a year lost 3 stone but a stone is slightly coming back on, and now my arse resembles a hippo. I have to do something soon lol x

Hey! Technically I started last Tuesday but I had an awful week, didn't stick to plan then chickened out of going to weigh in! So I'm starting again today! My leader has another meeting tonight so I dunno if I should go or wait till next week??
