Starting tomorrow - back to SW green days after a long long break

    I've been trying all sorts, reading diet books, messing about, getting in a pickle, and generally putting on weight! I've a collection of nice clothes that don't fit and 2 upcoming beach holidays (one in 2 weeks, don't think I can lose much for that one)
    So, enough is enough. Come back to what you know, ( as Embrace say)
    Starting tomorrow I'm just going to record my daily food. No more doing my head in counting calories, points, protein counting, Mfp etc etc. Just being green each day, I'm vegetarian anyway, keep it simple, write it down and be honest.
    Wish me luck on my journey
