Starting Tomorrow!

Hi everyone

My CDC counsellor is coming tomorrow morning to show me the ropes and give me the shakes. I'm so excited about starting but really worried at the same time. I am 11.2 stones (71 kg) and want to get to 8.7 stones (55 kg). How long do you think this will take me?

Can you pls tell me how can I get a ticker?

Hi and welcome

Go to google and just type in tickers..loads of sites will come up...then copy & paste the thingy at the bottom of the ticker page that says for 'message boards' then go into your 'cp' thing at the top here on the page and go to your signiture..not sure if you can do it as your new but try

If you do soul source 100% no cheating nothing you can lose 1 stone per month...so you should in theory be at goal by christmas

We are all different but it should take you around 7/8 months to lose what you want.

I'm sooooooo hungry but very determined. I am hypothyroid so my CDC said it will take me longer that other people so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Good Luck Tiko, weight loss varies between peeps but stick at it hard and glug glug glug on the water and you will see super loses xxx
