starting tomorrow

    I was supposed to start last week but became ill with a chest infection and didimt feel up to starting it. I was just wondering on AAM how much meat and veg you cam have? I know which veg you can have but don't know how much. Can anyone help? Lisa

    Most VLCD's recommend about 3 tablespoons of each maximum, so a lot really. Good luck with your start, I'm glad you're feeling better now. :)

    Hi Lisy, hope you're feeling better now from the chest infection. Good luck with starting tomorrow. I hope the first few days go quickly for you. I think with the AAM week it's about being sensible, so it is A meal and not a license to spend all day eating as much meat & veg as you fancy! Within that, I think just be sensible really.
