I'll be using the LT packs i have left until my exante packs come at the end of the week. I'm happy to be starting again as my acid reflux is bad at the mo. (saying enough is enough) This will give my body the break its been needing. Im expecting a rough few days so this wont be a problem for me. Already upped the water intake and carb intake has been dropped. Will update tomorrow
