starting tomorrow

I have been waiting to start exante, and im starting tommorrow...have a bit of a cold today, so having a lazy one, i was shocked when i got my weight reading yesterday...i now have 3 stone to lose. it feels like its realy long way off but i have to do something, i am only 5ft and am 12stone 8 pound....ive never been this weight, and it really upset me yesterday.

Me to im starting tomorrow and cant wait after reading many blogs.Im 5ft3 and weigh at a shocking 11st4..like you iv never been this size but with recent changes going on in my life iv decided i need to make changes and my children are supporting me all the way.Having this site really helps and you know your not alone on this journey.
