Thanks teddybearI've got a lot of moan in me! Hehe. I can't bare the bad breathe constantly how do you guys avoid that? It's my worst enemy - the fear of breathing on someone lol x

I've always thought I've been doing this diet wrong because I do not get bad breath!!!!!!! And seriously, that was my biggest fear because I live on chewing gums! I'm a nurse so I'm always chewing them due to the constant patient/family interaction! I normally get through two packets of the blue EXTRA a day lol! So when I started this I was in a panic! First 3 days of my diet I didn't have the breath strips (couldnt get hold of them) and so I carried mouthwash with me everywhere (never once had to use it) but drank and drank and drank away at the water!! Now I have the breath strips, I will pop them in before I know I'm about to approach someone etc and then I swallow a big gulp of water because I think it makes me fresher (tastes that way anyway) lol! xxx

Hi Gabz, it's going good for me, the first 3 days were hard because ketosis hadn't started so i was really hungry craving those carbs! I've made it through to day 5 and looking forward to my weigh in on thursday so how much more fat has gone. I get to the point whee i am almost wishing the days away to get to weigh in! Sad eh! : )
Ahhh that must feel so good!! Well done... I hope to be doing the same thing with my size 12 jeans at the end of octoberxx
