hi im on day6 and feel really good ,
just keep drinkin the water it really does fill you up ,
and keep lookin at all the pics on here they are great ,
i cant wait till i can do a before and after pic

Welcome on board penny and good luck with your start. i have just finished my first week and drinking loads of water, black coffee and green tea really helped me. Come on here loads and remember that it does get better after day 4! xx
 
Welcome onboard Penny and good luck. Stay focused, keep glugging the water, the first week can be tricky but hang in there and it will get easier and your first weigh in will give you such a lift.

Best of luck for tomorrow. It is a fantastic diet, but the first week is the worst. Get through that and you'll be fine.

Tips: have the Nurofen ready for headaches around days 3/4/5. Buy some low-salt Bouillon from Sainsburys (prob specialist food section) in case you get really hungry, it gives you a bit of a savoury boost, be strong 'til your first weigh-in - then you'll have all the incentive you need.
 
Good luck for your first week. Posting on here and reading other peoples stories are the two things that keep me going. I'm back on cd after 3 years break having children and now on day 5. The first week is the big test but if you get through that you can do anything!

Good luck penpen.... I start on Tuesday so I'm just 2 days behind you! I'm already addicted to this site... I don't think I'll be getting much work done next week. I'll be constantly on here!! Hope day 1 goes well for you... xx ;)

I mostly take the tetras and soups, I cant really say I've found those salty but the first couple of days I only had shakes cuppacino and toffee and walnut mostly and I really didnt like them, found them very hard to get down they were more powdery than salty, I really thought at the end of the first day I wouldnt be able to continue but contacted my CDC and have since I switched to tetras mainly and I am flying.

Did you get alot of different flavours to try them out so you know what to avoid next week? If you are struggling with what you have your CDC will do swaps for you in between apts :)

yeah i had the same problem. On my 1st day i had some really awful flavours and really thought i was going to have to give up but i phoned my CDC and she was amazing and i swapped loads. It really is worth it as i feel so much more positive now that i am having shakes that i actually like!!!

You can do it-stick with it. x
 
Hi I am now on my first day (for second time around). How did you mix up your shake? I find it best to blend them with a bit of ice its almost like a real shake!
