Starting tomorrow......

Hiya peeps, well have decided to try out slimfast - so am starting tomorrow. Been to boots thismorning to get stocked so am all set.
Quick question though, thw powdered shake mix, do you make it with skimmed or semi-skimmed milk & does it really make that much difference if you use one or the other?

It says to use skimmed milk, it tastes really nice just with skimmed.

good luck for tomorrow. I'm at the end of day one, not sure how I feel - maybe a tadge hungry, cant' remember when I last felt hungry lol. Going to stick with it though.
