I will be trying the slim fast diet as of tomorrow! I will not be weighing myself for a fortnight, as Im switching from a VLCD so im expecting water gain and so dont want to be dissapointed!!
I work out 4 or 5 times a week and Im hoping for 1lb a week loss, I hope this is managable. Wish me luck!! xx
