starting w/c 4th Jan challenge...

shouldnt it be finishing the 1st feb? or the 25th ? as in monday , im not sure really

i was calculating today . i started at 12 stone on this website so now im 11.8 stones does that mean ive lost 6lbs and not 4 so ive got 4 to go in my challenge?

It's a 4-week challenge TJ. I took that to mean 4 weigh-ins after the initial start-point one.

I suspect I'm going to do quite poorly when I weigh in tomorrow :D

WELL GUYS I STS THIS WEEK AFTER A 100%WEEK SO NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL - GUTTED ACTUALLY! I KNOW IT HAPPENS BUT ITS HARD TO CARRY ON - SAYING THAT I HAVE DONE AS WANT TO RALLY FOCUS ON MY WEIGHT THIS YEAR. nORMALLY IF I STS I WOULD BINGE EAT SO I AM PROUD OF MYSELF TO STICKING TO THE PLAN AND HOPE IT SHIFTS THIS WEEK.

Week 3 weigh-in
I have lost 5lbs :)
That means in total I have lost 15lbs....so Ive done the challenge,yay!
Im still gonna weigh in next week and see what my monthly weight loss comes to.

Well this week has not been a good one with the works xmas party! I have put 2lb on so not best pleased but at least I havent put it all back on!
So this week I will try my best but I dont think I will meet my target of 10lb but I will be happy if I loose something!

I've lost .2lbs this week, but I've been eating anything that came near, so I'm not too worried :)

Back to the gym on Monday though :D
 
yep. so mine for instance will be
Start weight: 4th jan
1st weigh in 11th jan
2nd weigh in 18th jan
3rd weigh in 25th jan
Finsh weigh in and grand total of weigh 1st Feb.
so if you weigh in on the

tuesday it will be start 5th,then the, 12th, 19th, 26th and finsh on 2nd feb

wednesday will be start 6th, then the, 13th, 20th, 27th, finish on th 3rd feb

thursday will be start the 7th, then then, 14th, 21st, 28th, finish on the 4th feb

friday will be start the 8th, then the, 15th, 22nd, 29th and finish on the 5th feb

sat will be start the 9th, then the, 16th, 23rd, 30th and finish on the 6th feb

and sunday will be start the 10th, then the, 17th, 24th, 31st, and finish on 7th feb

I put on half a lb this week, i was totally gutted, ive been keeping a food diary of what im eating, been 100% for 3wks now and cant understand it.
Lets hope this week provides a better loss for me!!!

Yeah i achieved my target yesterday and still one week to go. Feels so good especially after last weeks set back - just goes to show you can carry on!! more determined than ever this year. my aim for next week is 2 lb although i would love a miracle 4lbs so that i would have lost a stone. im defo up for next 4 week challange. BRING IT ON!!!!

Well I didnt hit my target for the month but I have managed to loose 7lb! I just hope next month I can keep it up and loose more. I always tend to loose this little bit then give up.

Week 4. Last weigh in

ok well I already reached my goal in this challenge of losing 14lbs. Last week I'd lost 15lbs.
So this is the final week and I wanted to finish the challenge.
I have lost another 5lbs this week.
