Couch to 5K

Week 4 Run 2 done! My knee is giving me some issues I think I need better support in my trainers so may take a trip to the shops.
 
The first week is daunting @Failedatdietsfor15years!. And the thought of being able to do the long runs is also daunting.
My advice is to trust in the plan. It works and you will manage it. Go at your own pace and repeat runs as often as you need to. You don't have to finish it in 8 weeks.
I finished it and I can 'run' comfortably for 5km now. I would never have believed that was possible for me. Now I am not the fastest runner but I can do it.
Get that first run done. You won't look back!

It's been hard. The hot weather means I've not run much so just doing some early weeks again to get back in the swing of things.
 
Does anyone else still do this?!
