Starting Week 4!

Just abut to start week four - had good loss the first two weeks, 6lb, 4lb and then only 1.8lb this week - still a loss is a loss!!!!!

Start weight: 296.6
Week 1; 290.6 -
Week 2: 286.6
Week 3: 284.8

My goals: Lose 1 stone
Lose 3 stone
Lose 5 stone

End weight: Would like to be 15 stone by end of summer

Hi Suzy, I am week 4 also. I have been losing about 4-5lbs every week... Hoping it stays at that rate because I only have 2st to go! Good luck

Week 4 for me too 2.5 stone to go, roll on July....

Weigh in tomoz then week 4 begins for me also. No big earrings or clothes tomoz ha ha ha, cut my nails, have a hair cut lolol hope to have another big loss.... Good luck to all us week 4-ers!
