Recently started the Lipotrim diet again, after doing it around 10yrs ago. So I know it works.
I have just forgotten how difficult it was. Preparing food for my son, and not tasting it.
I'm on day 4 now, and very proud of myself for not cheating, because the urge has been untrue, just to have a little taste of something. It's not just the urge that I've found myself having to stop, it's the habbits. When I gave my son a banana on the second day I always bite the ends off for him, and it was very near to happening because I forgot I couldn't do it.
I'm looking forward to my first weigh in and hoping it will give me the motivation to realise just how worth it, it is. Getting to Wednesday though is proving to be extremly difficult.
