Well, phoned my pharmacist today to get restarted and the two ladies that helped me through my last weight loss are not there anymore ( whew...not 'coz I didn't like them, just was so embarrassed facing them as a reborn fatty again :ashamed0005

So my appointment is for tomorrow with a new lady...hope she lets me start again.
Had to see my doctor today because they are concerned about my very high blood pressure, my cholesterol is 8 ( whatever that means...I think you are meant to be 5 ). They wanted to start me on tablets...I said a swift...whoa! So I have bargained with them to lose weight by next month, have another test, if its lower I may escape.
Therefore my resolve is now urgent!
It's lose weight or :busted:
