Hey, I've had a little break from actively trying to lose weight.. and now I'm back, happy, exercising lots, feeling fit, and eating better.
Thing is, I have no inclination to weigh myself. I don't want to know and yes a part of me knows I'll be annoyed that I'm not losing as much as I hope for (especially with the exercise).
I know roughly what my weight was a week or so ago. I used to weigh daily and that suited me fine. Things have just changed and cause I feel quite motivated in myself it gives me a tad less to worry about, if you understand?
I plan on taking it day by day. Maybe after a while I'll see how I'm doing. Maybe I'll just keep going by clothes. Maybe I'll go back to weighing regularly. Who knows?
Anyone feel similar? xx
