Well started yesterday on day 2 not finding it too bad, just sick of running for a pee every 2 mins. Weigh about 18 stone and not sure what I want to get to. Gone between 14 and 18 over last few years. Feels like it will be hard work but need to move some weight quick, fell so unfit and unhealthy:8855:

The first step is done. You made the decision to do something about your weight. Yes, this diet is hard - at first. Once you get into it things become a lot easier and you will find it a breeze once your past your second week or perhaps even before.

Good luck on your first week hun, get through the first week and then things get easier, this forum is amazing too - everyone is here to support you. :)
In a few days time you will start to feel fantastic, stick with it take a few days to get into.
