Wonder if one of yous can help me out?
I had a steak for tea this evening, but weighed it as I put it on my plate.
Now I've just noticed that the points on the online tools is actually raw.
So not sure how many points it was :eek:
It was 140g cooked.
Hope someone can help point me on the straight and narrow :)

i would go for 5-6 points.. let me just check but i think a 6oz (170g) ribeye was 8, and thats a really fatty cut..
aye, 6oz uncooked ribeye is 8, so depending on your cut i would say 6 to be safe :)

Had it with some oven chips - totally worth just laughing cow light and ryvita at lunchtime when you can have a tea like that LOL
